exceptional remodel carpenter

• Proficiency solving mechanical and spatial problems across disciplines

• Strong interest and/or education in the arts, architecture, carpentry, and/or sustainability

• Great at setting and managing expectations

• Ten-fifteen years experience in residential carpentry

• Equally effective communicating with clients, subcontractors, building officials and team members

• Valid Washington State Driver’s License

• Reliable work vehicle with insurance

• Complement of personal hand and power tools for general and specialty carpentry

• Ability to read basic building plans and specifications and translate them into a finished product

• Capable of safely lifting 60 pounds, ability to safely work on ladders and/or roofs

• Organized, safety conscious, motivated and courteous, with a great customer service attitude
